He also continues to be involved in oil and gas pipeline projects in
various capacities. His pipeline areas of expertise include submarine
and onshore pipeline design and construction, terminal design, FERC
application for pipelines, design of repair to pipelines, analysis of
pipeline failures, marine pipeline surveys, feasibility studies, spill
risk analysis for pipelines, design of pipe laying equipment, and the
drafting of pipeline regulations. Mr. Peebles has worked on systems
in the United States, the Gulf of Mexico, the Arctic, the North Sea,
Latin American, South America, the former Soviet Union, the Middle East,
the Far East, and Africa.
